Welcome to Jireh Family Farm! We’re a family-owned business based in Durham, North Carolina, committed to providing wholesome food, educational experiences, and meaningful community connections. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services, visiting the farm, or participating in our programs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our farm, purchasing a product, attending an event, class, or tour, or using our website www.jirehfamilyfarm.net, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies made available to you.

2. Farm Store Orders & Availability

All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Inventory may vary based on seasonality and availability. While we strive for accuracy in pricing and product descriptions, we reserve the right to correct errors or adjust offerings without prior notice.

Orders may be placed online or in person.
Pre-orders must be picked up during farm store hours: Friday–Sunday, 10am–6pm.
Perishable goods are non-refundable once picked up.

3. Farm Tours, Events & Rentals

All visits to the farm are by appointment, walk-in, or as part of a scheduled program.

Tours are donation-based and must be reserved in advance if private.
Event space bookings require a signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit.
Clients are responsible for setup/cleanup unless otherwise specified.
Jireh Family Farm is not liable for weather-related interruptions but will attempt to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

4. Classes & Workshops

Our educational programs are open to the public and vary by season.

Class registration is required in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the class to be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes with low enrollment or due to weather/emergency.

5. Memberships

Annual memberships include seasonal benefits such as store discounts, pool access, farm breakfast invitations, and more.

Memberships are non-refundable.
Member perks may vary by season and are subject to change without notice.
Members are expected to abide by all farm rules when visiting.

6. Safety & Liability

Visitors enter at their own risk. Jireh Family Farm is an operational agricultural property and may include animals, uneven terrain, or natural hazards.

All children must be supervised at all times.
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.
Jireh Family Farm is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your visit or event.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and social platforms—including text, images, videos, and logos—is the property of Jireh Family Farm and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
